What is Mediation

Mediation is a dynamic and interactive process where an impartial third-party facilitates and assists disputing parties in coming to an agreed upon resolution. Mediation allows parties to negotiate and settle their dispute confidentially and with the help of a trained, neutral Mediator.

Family Related Disputes

• 4 Hour Session  $350 per party
• 6 Hour Session  $525 per party
• 8 Hour Session  $1,000 per party (Lunch Included)

Non-Family Disputes

• 4 Hour Session  $500 per party 
• 6 Hour Session  $750 per party 
• 8 Hour Session  $1,000 per party (Lunch Included)

All fees must be paid prior to mediation, and are non-refundable in the event of a no-show, or if the Mediator has to stop the mediation for any reason.
