With over 27 years of experience in development and construction, Ms. Gray is a results-driven strategic leader who brings in-depth expertise across every facet of general contracting. Honored in 2025 by Bisnow as a '2025 Leader of the Year' for Women Leading Real Estate AEC, she is recognized for her impact and leadership within the construction industry. Her comprehensive knowledge stems from hands-on experience in every role, setting her apart as a rare leader who truly understands the industry from the ground up.

Early in her career, Ms. Gray co-owned and managed a general contracting company, transforming it from a modest six-figure subcontracting firm into a multi-million-dollar general contractor within just two years. She has since transformed failing businesses into thriving, profitable enterprises; an accomplishment that speaks to her natural strategic foresight, sharp business acumen, and exceptional leadership. 

As a licensed Mediator, Arbitrator and Management Accountant, Ms. Gray specializes in construction accounting and fraud examination. Her unwavering moral compass and commitment to ethical business practice have earned her deep respect and trust within the industry and with stakeholders.

Ms. Gray's impact extends well beyond the workplace. Driven by a strong belief in Servant Leadership, she is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals; helping them develop the confidence and skills to achieve their fullest potential, and she also mentors’ youth in College and Career Readiness. Ms. Gray is the co-founder and Managing Director of Hearts of Grace, a nonprofit devoted to serving extraordinary causes through volunteerism, fundraising, mentorship, and missionary outreach. Her commitment to philanthropy and her work with youth reflect the same core values she brings to her leadership in construction: integrity, service, and an unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.

 I was raised in the construction industry working alongside my father and uncle who taught me that how you build matters as much as what you build. Their ethical commitment to the built-environment  instilled in me a deep respect for the craft, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering belief that integrity is the foundation of every successful project and business. 

For more than 27 years, I have had the privilege of working across every facet of development and general contracting, from site supervision, estimating, and project management to accounting, operations, and executive leadership. After all these year, I still feel the excitement watching the first concrete pour of a set of plans being built to life. That passion was passed down by my uncle who was my mentor, and because of him I get to live every day of my life doing what I love. 

My mission is to provide ethical, full-service advisory services to construction owners, developers, and private equity partners; helping them build thriving, profitable businesses rooted in operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, transparency, and sound governance.
